Who is responsible
ScrumPoker operates this service. Until formal company details are published, privacy enquiries can be submitted through the linked GitHub repository. Complete controller details must be added before commercial launch.
Data we process
When you create or join a room, we process an anonymous session identifier, the display name you provide, room membership, tickets and votes. Infrastructure providers may also process technical data such as IP address, browser information and request logs.
Why and on what basis
Necessary data is processed to provide the room and voting service you request, maintain security and prevent abuse. Optional analytics or advertising data will only be processed after explicit consent and is not currently enabled.
Providers and retention
Supabase provides authentication, database and real-time infrastructure. The deployment host processes requests needed to deliver the site. Room and account data should be retained only as long as needed for the service and security; production retention periods must be confirmed before launch.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw optional consent at any time through Cookie settings. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority.
International transfers and changes
Infrastructure providers may process data outside your country under their contractual safeguards. This notice will be updated when providers, purposes or retention periods change. Material changes will be communicated through the site.
